The TEKS Science Puppet show is a fun
presentation that has been developed primarily to introduce and reinforce TEKS science objectives. This program is presented in a manner that is clear, exciting, and easily
understood by your young students. The program will also impress on the children that science is not the dry subject that he/she may suppose, but that it is truly fun and it is relevant to their lives.
Join puppeteer David Carranza with puppet scientist, Professor Al, along with an
array of other puppet characters, on an exciting learning journey through time and space. Together with puppetry, music and laughter, science concepts become clear and meaningful.
This program last approximately 40-45 minutes and is directed toward Second
Grade through Fifth Grade. However, it has been performed for Kindergarten and First Grade very successfully. Audience size is 300 for each program when performed on a school stage.
